01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your sky235 account on your behalf.

sky235 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts and use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or services. 04 Deposits & Payment Methods

sky235 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. sky235 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your sky235 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. sky235 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your sky235 wallet in real time or within the processing timeframe specified for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within seconds.
• sky235 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond sky235's control.
• sky235 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to fund your sky235 account.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon written request to Support, subject to verification that no wagers have been placed using the deposited funds.

sky235 implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring on all deposit and withdrawal transactions in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine financial regulations. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. sky235 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. All bonus funds credited to your sky235 account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement). The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms and conditions.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sky235 Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to placing any wager.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sky235 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one sky235 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the sky235 Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the sky235 Platform for financial gain. Any such gains are not considered legitimate winnings and will be forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sky235 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any sky235 content without express written authorisation from sky235.

Any unauthorised use of sky235's intellectual property — including the use of sky235 branding in third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials without prior written consent — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sky235, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the sky235 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the sky235 Platform or any part thereof.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the sky235 Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.
• Losses caused by circumstances beyond sky235's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, or acts of government.

sky235's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the sky235 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sky235's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

sky235 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering on sky235, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the sky235 Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Philippine Civil Code relevant to online services and gaming contracts.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the sky235 Platform, you are encouraged to first contact the sky235 Support team, which will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly through internal dispute resolution procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution channels in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
